Wedding Photography Terms & Conditions

(Effective from 01 September 2025)

1. Booking & Payment

A signed booking form/contract and a non-refundable booking fee of £200 are required to secure JezBradshaw Photography for your wedding date.
The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the wedding. Failure to pay in full by this date may result in cancellation of services.
Travel within 50 miles of Lutterworth is included. For weddings further afield, reasonable travel expenses (and accommodation where required) will be charged in addition.

2. Consultation

A pre-wedding consultation (in person or online) will be arranged approximately 4 weeks before the wedding to finalise timings, locations, and any specific requests.

3. Delivery of Images

Edited images will be delivered digitally (and/or via USB, where included) within 6 weeks of the wedding date. During peak season this may extend slightly, but clients will be kept informed.
Albums (if purchased) will be designed after the couple selects images. Production is outsourced; JezBradshaw Photography is not liable for supplier delays.

4. Client Responsibilities

The couple (or a designated person) is responsible for identifying important individuals for group photographs.
The photographer will make every effort to capture requested images, but due to the fast-paced nature of weddings, specific shots cannot be guaranteed.

5. Artistic Licence

The photographer’s judgement on style, composition, editing, and selection of delivered images shall be deemed correct. A carefully curated collection of the best images will be provided.

6. Guest Photography

JezBradshaw Photography is the sole professional photographer at the event. Guests are welcome to take photos, provided they do not interfere with the photographer’s work.

7. Venue Restrictions

JezBradshaw Photography is bound by any rules of the ceremony official, venue, or registrar (e.g. no flash, restricted positioning). The couple accepts such limitations as outside the photographer’s control.

8. Copyright & Usage

All images remain the copyright of JezBradshaw Photography under UK law.
Clients receive a personal licence to print, share, and display images for non-commercial use.
Images may not be sold, edited, or supplied to third parties (e.g. venues, suppliers) for marketing without written permission.
JezBradshaw Photography may use selected images for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and competitions unless the couple requests otherwise in writing.

9. Liability

In the unlikely event of illness, injury, or other emergency preventing JezBradshaw Photography from attending, liability is limited to a full refund of monies paid. Every effort will be made to help source an alternative photographer.
In the rare event of image loss, theft, or damage beyond control, liability is limited to a partial or full refund depending on the proportion of images supplied.

10. Cancellations & Postponements

All booking fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations must be made in writing. If the cancellation is made within 14 days of the wedding date, a £200 charge shall be incurred.
Postponements will be accommodated where possible; the booking fee can be transferred once to a new date (subject to availability).

11. Agreement

By booking JezBradshaw Photography, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions, which form a binding contract under English law.

Image Use & Copyright

All images are copyrighted to Jez Bradshaw Photography. By booking, you receive a personal licence to print, share, and enjoy your photos however you wish for non-commercial use.

I do ask that:

Credit is given when images are shared online (e.g. tagging me on Instagram or Facebook).
Images are not altered with heavy filters or edits that misrepresent my work.
Commercial use (magazines, advertising, resale, etc.) requires separate permission/licensing.
